How It Works

We first meet with our clients and any family members involved in the project. Once the details of the move, location, dates, and specific information have been discussed, we will begin our process.

Our Services

  • Step 1- Inventory all important items, furniture, art, jewelry, antiques, and any other valuables. Once a complete inventory has been taken, we aid in determining what will be passed on to whom, what will be donated, what will be sold in an estate sale, and what will be taken to the new home.

  • Step 2- Once all items that will not be used in the new home or sold in the estate sale have been removed, we will begin packing and coordinating the actual move with the moving company.

  • Step 3 - We will oversee the relocation process and direct movers on the day of the move. We will Facilitate lunch & tips for the movers, and ensure all items are properly placed in the correct rooms and all beds are rebuilt.

  • Step 4- After everything has been moved, we will begin unpacking, placing, and organizing the new house, paying close attention to details that will help our clients feel at home and settled in their new space. We will set up systems to minimize overwhelm and help you feel settled as quickly as possible, so you will find it easier to navigate in the new space.

  • Step 5- We can also list and sell your former home if these services are needed with our full-service realtor on staff.
